LeopardSol (“LeopardSol”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a software development and digital marketing company based in Delaware, USA. We build web, mobile and e-commerce solutions and provide SEO, social media and PPC services to clients worldwide.

This policy applies to visitors of our website, people who contact us, prospective and current clients, and job applicants. It does not cover websites or apps we build for clients; those are governed by each client’s own privacy policy.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above:

Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months after our last contact
Client and project records: for the length of the engagement plus up to 7 years for legal, tax and accounting purposes
Job applications: up to 12 months after the hiring decision, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or agree to a longer period
Analytics data: as set in our analytics tool, currently up to 14 months

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including HTTPS encryption, access controls and regular software updates. Access to personal data is limited to LeopardSol personnel and providers who need it to do their work.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities where the law requires.

EEA and UK residents may also complain to their local data protection authority.

Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. We follow the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and similar anti-spam laws.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of non-essential cookies where the law requires. There is no common standard for Do Not Track, so we do not respond to it.

10. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
